AgenticLoan is organizational software for mortgage borrowers. We collect only what is needed to provide the service and to communicate with you.

Information we collect

• Account and profile: Email address (from sign-in), optional display name, and survey answers you provide during onboarding.
• Usage: We use standard logging and analytics to run and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service (e.g., keeping your workspace and profile), to send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, password reset), and to improve the product. We do not use your data to recommend or steer you toward any lender.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies and local storage for authentication (staying signed in), for completing the onboarding survey before you create an account, and for basic site operation. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Data security

Data is stored with Supabase and transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your profile and onboarding data is restricted to you via authentication and row-level security. We do not store your password; authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

Your rights

You can update your profile and preferences in your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us (e.g., via the support or contact option available on the site). We will process requests in line with applicable law.
